The property sleeps up to nine guests. The three-bedroom, two-bath Main House accommodates six, with a king bedroom, queen bedroom and upper-level loft with two twin beds.. Every bedroom has sweeping marsh views, and the house offers a fully equipped kitchen, expansive screened porch, covered space underneath the home, and private dock.

The detached Bunk House sleeps three additional guests with a full bath, offering a little extra space and privacy just steps from the Main House.
